Letter to Camp Families

April 25th, 2025

Dear Camp Families
,
We are celebraating our 49th year this year!! I really don't know where the time goes. I am thankful to God for the many years of camp and being with so many wonderful camp families for generations.

I look forward to having your camper/campers the week of June 2nd to the 6th and/or June 9th to the 13th, 2025. Camp is the regular time form 9:30-3:30. If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait in the parking area until the time for camp.

What to Bring: Bring your non refrigerated (or include a cold pack) lunch. After lunch, (no peanuts) with drink, bathing suit, towel and wading shoes to wade in the creek. Please let them wear tie shoes and clothes you don't mind them getting dirty in outside play. Make sure everything has the campers name on it. If you camper is able to wear their bathing suit to camp under their clothes, it is quicker in the dressing rooms.

If you child needs medication during camp, please give the medicine to Miss Sally or one of the medics with instructions on administering. Also, a reminder your camper should at least be a beginner swimmer. Please no cell phones or electronics should be brought to camp. The Senior Staff has access to phones.

On June 6th and 13th, we invite families/friends to come to camp at 3 o'clock, to meet the staff and let your campers show you the camp. If you are unable to attend, the camp day will end at the regular time of 3:30. If it is raining, we will not have family day and you will pick up at 3:30. Please have your campers wear their camp t-shirts on Friday. If you do not want your camper's t-shirt signed, on Friday, by campers and staff, please tell them.

If you should need to pick up your camper early anytime during camp, please let Miss Sally know ahead of time. Please send in your fee balance before camp. If you paid $75 deposit per session, the balance is$200 per session. This will be the only letter you will receive, so feel free to call me with any question.

Our goal and prayer are that your camper/campers have a wonderful time in a Christian environment as they spend time outdoors in God's beautiful creation.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

Cordially,
“Miss Sally”
